Randolina, was offered for sale to the Clavadetscher family in 1973.<\/p>\n<p>Since a family from the Unterland would like to rent the house for a few years and is willing to pay an advance on the and Hans have transferred the hotel management to their son Tomas Courtin, they move to the St\u00f6ckli, so to speak.<\/p>\n<p>In 1992\/93, they expanded their private home into the current Crastella residence.<\/p>\n<p>Stylish and spacious apartments were created on three floors, each with its own charm.
